Terms and Conditions:

A virtual onboarding process is required. Errors and omissions exempt. Virtual Support units expire after 3 months. All prices are excluding Vat. Virtual Support packages are not refundable. Top-ups must be purchased when units run out. When “Quick Fix” support is no longer required, onsite IT Audits and Assessments will be arranged, and a full SLA can be drawn up. For Companies Locally and Globally who cannot wait for support to arrive and need Production to continue, consider making use of our Remote Support package. Remote Support is almost instant, its secure and resolves almost 92% of all Production Barriers for Users, remotely.
